Meisenthal Christmas baubles: an unusual encounter between memory and the dream of modernity. Since 1857, they have conjured up the magic of Christmas celebrations and the International Glass Centre [CIAV] is reviving this adventure with the reissue of traditional designs and the creation of new works of contemporary glass craftsmanship. And all of this is brought to life through demonstrations with a commentary from the glass blowers! This year Pierre Bindreiff and Sébastien Geissert (V8 Design) have designed the HELIUM Christmas ball made by the CIAV.
