As the New Year gets under way, Moselle’s chefs invite you into their kitchens to lend a hand and share their passion! Chefs who have signed on to the “Moselle Gourmande” quality charter invite you to cook with them and immerse you into their gourmet workshops. Because little tricks make great dishes, these restaurateurs, who are among Moselle’s most talented chefs, will reveal some of their secrets. Participating restaurateurs will prepare recipes and tell you the tricks of their trade around a piano during a cooking lesson that you can give to treat yourself or somebody you care about.
