3 exceptional sites
>Wingen-Sur-Moder Lalique Museum
>Meisenthal Glass-Making
>“La Grande Place” Saint-Louis Crystal Museum
Five centuries ago, a few itinerant glass-blowers built a makeshift furnace in a hostile valley of the North Vosges. These pioneers were to write the first pages of an extraordinary industrial and artistic adventure which continues today. The saga continues with the development of 3 exceptional sites nestling in the three contiguous valleys which saw their birth … a unique opportunity to discover a natural, cultural heritage lovingly preserved by enthusiasts.
The 3 sites are situated in the Vosges du Nord Natural Park, designated Biosphere Reserve by UNESCO in 1989.
